From theory to behavioral change – inspiration on how to facilitate change with nudging.

On this 1.5-day nudge-course, you will get an understanding of nudge theories, methodologies, and how nudging can be applied to change behavior. The main objective is to provide you with an extended understanding of the theories, methodologies and the behavioral barriers and opportunities you face in innovation and change processes. We will take you through a practical step-by-step approach on how to explore where and how you can create value by applying a nudge approach. Furthermore, you will gain inspiration on how you through good, intuitive nudge solutions can help to accelerate change in behavior in your own organization.

Executive Nudge Master Class Program

From theory to concrete nudge solutions – learn how to master the nudge methodologies and turn behavioral challenges into nudge solutions that people will embrace

Through a four-step and hands-on Master Class Program you will be empowered to work with nudging and behavioral design as an effective approach to facilitate behavioral change. The main objective is to get an extended understanding of nudge theories and methodologies and learn and become experienced within conducting behavioral research, developing and testing concrete nudge solutions within your own organization. Solutions that can facilitate behavioral change among customers, employees and citizens on a national and global scale. 


The Master Class Program is a 3 month coaching, cooperative, explicit and case-based program, where you get the opportunity to collaborate and share knowledge with other participants and across industries. The Master Class Program develops your competences within nudging and behavioral design and how to use the methods as a change and innovation tool in your own organization.

The Master Class Program  is for you who seek:

  • To strengthen your understanding on theories, methodologies and concepts

  • To learn a simple step-by-step approach to develop, test and implement nudge solutions

  • To learn the nudge approach in a hands-on way based on behavioral challenges from your own organization

  • To end up with concrete nudge solutions for your own organization
