We collect and handle personal data about you and your employees in order to conduct and fulfill our agreements with you. In relation to this, we collect the following personal data:

KRUKOW collects personal data when you apply for jobs. The data collected varies across the sites and may include information you provide such as name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, fax number, gender, date of birth, social security number, resume, grade transcripts, background information, education history, job history, personal qualifications, achievements, professional and language skills, references, expected graduation, current position, preferred working location and other information

you provide for us.

Retention of your personal data

For clients, we retain all correspondences and files shared with us by e-mail in connection with a projects. We do this so we potentially can help you with another project in the future. We delete correspondences 24 months after finalized project.

For job applications, we will retain your personal data for up to 1 year from the end of the application process, with your consent

At any point, you are required to be informed on what personal data we have on you and/or your organization. Please, contact us on and we will share all the information.

In case you want us to erase personal information on you, please contact us at and we will make sure to delete all information we have on your from our servers and inbox.

Sharing and transfer of your personal information

Personal data is solely used in relation to the project we are hired to conduct. In order for us to do so, we use numerous subcontractor – e.g. e-mail hosting.

Safety – how we store personal data

All types of data is stored on an internal dropbox server. All employees in Krukow can access the client folders with a personal password and hereby access common personal data on clients (e.g. names, e-mails, phone number).

All information concerning job applicants and employees in Krukow can only be access by the founder, CEO and a recruitment responsible in the folder, but can be shared with other relevant employees in Krukow if necessary.
